The hotel restaurant and catering services department is one of the first departments of Ortaca Vocational School, which was established with the decision of the Higher Education Council dated 25.01.1994. In our department, which has a history of more than a quarter of a century, the first students of the Tourism and Hotel Management Program started education in 1994. The Cookery Program of our department was founded in the 2012 academic year and started to accept students.
Education and training activities in Tourism and Hotel Management Program and Cookery Program carried out by 7 instructors including 1 Assoc. Prof, 2 Asst. Prof., 1. Dr. lec., and 2 lecturers. Our main aim in the department of Hotel, Restaurant And Catering Services is to provide our students with the knowledge and skills needed by the sector through theoretical and applied courses.
