The need for qualified professional staff who can meet customer expectations at the highest level is increasing day by day in a rapidly evolving and changing tourism industry
The Tourism and Hotel Management Program is a four semester associate degree program which aims to provide academic and vocational qualifications to staff who will be employed in the tourism sector, to provide staff with appropriate qualifications to meet the needs of the sector in association and cooperation with the sector.
It is the aim of this program; to provide staff with the knowledge, skills and behaviour to undertake the tasks of department management, to provide the ability to work with food and beverages, and to work with front office and housekeeping departments, particularly including lodging enterprises in the tourism and hospitality sector.
The students will be awarded the title “Tourism Professional Staff” when they have graduated with adequate theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in the field tourism and hotel management. 
 
For this purpose; general, cultural, professional and other courses will be provided, as well as an option at the end of the second semester to carry out 30 days practical training in four- and five-star lodging enterprises.
